Cancellations Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. If you need to cancel a reservation we will do all efforts to rent the property for the entire period of your original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of $ 100 USD. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a $ 100 USD cancellation charge. We will do our best effort to re-rent the property but in those cases where we are unable to obtain another rental, we regret that no refunds can be made.
Rescheduling is subject to a $100 fee. Reservations may be rescheduled anytime up to 30 days before your arrival.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Francisco Luna Property Management reserves the right to refuse business to any person (individuals or groups) for any reason. By booking one of these rental villas, you acknowledge that, in all events, Francisco Luna Property Management shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and that the sole extent of Francisco Luna Property Management shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you to Francisco Luna Property Management. Each guest agrees on behalf of himself/herself (and your personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns) to release and discharge Francisco Luna Property Management, its property owners, employees, office personnel and director from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of the negligence of Francisco Luna Property Management. This includes, without limitation, injuries or damages arising from Francisco Luna Property Management’s negligence which may occur in or around the accommodations, any activity engaged in by the guest, including but not limited to all activities listed above, and any negligent supervision, inspection, instruction, and/or maintenance by Francisco Luna Property Management, breakdown in equipment, loss of utilities (including but not limited to water, electricity, propane, and phone service), sickness, accident, acts of God, strikes, terrorism, war, theft, delays, inconvenience, construction, cancellations, or changes in itineraries or schedules.
