November through May        $ 2,500 USD / night. (3 nights minimum booking)
Thanksgiving Week             $ 3,500 USD / night. (7 nights minimum booking)
Christmas Week                 $ 3,500 USD / night. (7 nights minimum booking)
New Years Week                $ 4,500 UDS / night, (7 nights minimum booking)

Terms:
 

For all reservations, the calendar will be blocked for 3 days.

To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% will be required along with fully executed rental agreement.

The balance payment will be due 30 days before the rental date.

Refundable damage security deposit of $1,500.
